Terms of Use

Effective October 2, 2026

Lucid Mail is made by Bomgom. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which licenses the app to you. Where the two differ, these terms add to Apple’s agreement for the topics below.

Your Gmail account

Lucid Mail works with your own Gmail account. Your mail stays yours, and your use of Gmail is also subject to Google’s terms. You are responsible for what you send from your account.

How the app handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI suggestions

The AI that sorts your mail is automatic and can be wrong. It only suggests mail to clean up. Nothing is archived, moved to Trash or marked as spam until you tap Clean up and choose an action, and you can undo for five seconds.

Please look over what is picked before you clean up. Mail moved to Trash can be recovered in Gmail until Gmail empties Trash after 30 days.

Subscription

Beta versions

TestFlight builds are test versions. They may have bugs, change often, or stop working when a newer build is released.

Fair use

Don’t use Lucid Mail to send spam or break the law, and don’t try to misuse or overload its server.

No warranty

Lucid Mail is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost mail, missed messages or indirect damages arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Important changes will also be shown in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
